Primary duties included the creation and supervision of various commercial and master planned projects, from land acquisition & zoning through construction and sale, with particular emphasis on the origination and supervision of all contracts, accounting and reporting to over 44 limited partnerships and LLC's.  Also served as an independent contractor/consultant to Princeton Development, Inc., The Lyle Anderson Company,  Chevron Land & Development Co., and other development companies and contractors.

Developed in conjunction with Aetna Properties, a 250 acre Business Park ,  Completing, in addition to the site development work, one 120,000 s.f. shopping center and one mid-rise 160,000 s.f. suburban office project. Both projects exceeded original pro formas. The park is fully absorbed.
